Trust

 



How much does it take to trust someone? I mean really trust them? Are you a person who does that easily or do you question people's actions and motives? If you trust the right people they will never let you down, they always have your back and you know that your life is safe with them. That kind of trust is hard to find. I would say like 3%. The other 97% will be quick to throw you under the bus when things go wrong, they will leave you when you need them the most and if they know enough about you will destroy your life leaving it shattered into pieces. You know what though, God always turns ashes into beauty, He will make your life shine even when people are trying to darken it. His people may go through some things but He always restores those who love Him and do His will. You have seen it time after time what God can do in people's lives. So be aware the more you try to do a Godly person wrong the more God will lift them up and bless them. The truth always comes out and you reap what you sow.

How appropriate my 48th post on my 48th birthday

So today is my 48th birthday and my one goal was to have 50 blogs written and posted. It looks like I didn't achieve that goal as this is my 48th blog. Goodbye September, Hello October

 How is it possible that today day is the last day of September? I will go to sleep and wake up to the first day of October. I can say I'm ready for the fall and colder months. Which is crazy to think 3 more of them and it's going to be a whole new year! Time needs to slow down or maybe it's me that needs to? I love this time of year as the evening's are cooler and I can sit out on the porch or lay in my hammock and enjoy the evening. The sounds of nature all around and seeing the beauty of God's creations. Plus it's Fall Festivals, Arts and Crafts shows, evening drives with the windows down, football on tv, I mean really there is lots to do in the fall. There is a few things I would like to do different or maybe have during this time of year but I have to have faith that God will eventually see to it. 4th of July 2025

 One of my favorite holidays has come and gone for another year. Things were a little different this year as my peeps that I go with to watch the fireworks didn't come due to having almost 6 month old twins at home. So I helped the church give out hot dogs and then my child and one of her friends spent time at the beach. Later we went and sat up on the damn and watched the fireworks. This was the end of a tradition but the start of a new one. Next year it will be home in our pool with close friends. Cooking out and doing our own fireworks show.
