I hope you find the type of love where there aren’t any mixed signals, just you and your significant other looking at each other across the room, and as soon as your eyes meet, you can't stop smiling.

I hope you find a love that’s selfless. The type of person who would do anything for you with no questions asked. The type of love where someone simply has your best interest at heart. The type of love where your happiness makes up so much of their own.

I hope you find a love that’s willing to make sacrifices. The type of person who will meet you halfway. I hope you find a love that’s faithful. Every time you look at them, you know there isn’t anyone that can shake what you two have together.

I hope you find a love that forgives you. The type of person who can see you make mistakes but also helps you to learn from them. The type of person who can see you at your worst and still think you’re irreplaceable. The type of person who understands you will never be perfect, but looks at you like you’re the greatest thing that’s ever come into their life.

I hope you find a love that supports you. Someone who not only supports your dreams but wants to see you succeed in all aspects of life. I hope you find a love that will fight for you. Someone who will always be in your corner. Someone who will continue choosing you on a daily basis.

I hope you find someone who teaches you that you didn’t deserve what happened to you in the past. I hope you find a love that appreciates you.

I hope you find the type of love that never stops saying thank you. The type of love that even after a long time, they are still impressed by what you do for them. Someone who truly values you for who you are as a person. 

I hope you find a love that is healthy, one that will grow with you and learn with you. One that will communicate not matter how hard that is and won't shutdown, shut you out or walk away. One that is willing to fight for you not with you. One that respects you and is willing to try and understand where you are coming from.

I hope you find a love that will never hurt you with their words or hands. That controls their anger when upset. That will tell you they need some time to their self to cool down. That when they come back hugs you and tells you they love you. Love is not mentally, physically or spiritually painful. If there are red flags, toxic behaviors or more bad times then good that's not love. Love should bring you peace, care for your well-being and bring you true joy. 

 Love is choosing to be with them through the good and the bad times. It's choosing them day after day even on the days you don't feel like it or they are on your nerves. Love is a feeling that creates emotions so when the emotions are negative because your feelings got hurt it's choosing to love that person enough to work through the problem. It's loving them unconditionally which many have a hard time to do. Love does not create chaos, confusion, hurt and pain. If it does and you told your partner and they don't change walk away.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.  For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the Greatest Of These Is LOVE.❤️

I did not write this but it spoke to me so I had to share. I know some people who are looking for their other half and they go through a lot to find them. Be patient God will send them to you when the time is right and you are ready. In His timing not yours. While you are waiting work on yourself so you can be the very best for your person that God has for you. His will be done not yours. Amen 🙏
