Goodbye September, Hello October

Image
How is it possible that today day is the last day of September? I will go to sleep and wake up to the first day of October. I can say I'm ready for the fall and colder months. Which is crazy to think 3 more of them and it's going to be a whole new year! Time needs to slow down or maybe it's me that needs to? I love this time of year as the evening's are cooler and I can sit out on the porch or lay in my hammock and enjoy the evening. The sounds of nature all around and seeing the beauty of God's creations. Plus it's Fall Festivals, Arts and Crafts shows, evening drives with the windows down, football on tv, I mean really there is lots to do in the fall. There is a few things I would like to do different or maybe have during this time of year but I have to have faith that God will eventually see to it. As I have gotten older and been through many hard situations I don't take this time lightly. I try and enjoy every day and moment I can. My heart does get sad...

It's Fall Y'all 🍂🍁

Happy first day of fall. I would have to say this is one of my favorite times of year. The weather gets cooler and so many things start happening. Like time to break out the hoodies and goodies. You have County Fair's and State Fair's with all the food that comes with that not to mention the rides, you have arts and crafts festivals, food truck festivals, football games, camping and bonfires. Hunting, colors of the leaves changing, pumpkin patches and hayrides, basketball, and knowing the holidays are just around the corner. Pumpkin Spice and apple pie, getting ready for Halloween candy. There's so many things to enjoy this time of year so let's just give a big cheer for fall!

You Are Missed!💔

We came and saw you on your death anniversary September 15. Your family has put new flowers out. They are so beautiful. In the 4 years since you have been gone we come see you on your birthday and death date. Some times we just come visit you when Abi or I are missing you, which is all the time. You were such a bright light in this world and you helped us so much in a time we really needed it. We were so blessed to have known you and have you apart of of lives. I know you are watching over us every time I see a Blue Jay.  Watch over Penny for us and the others we have lost. We miss you and love you very much!💔💕

Thoughts and Questions 🤔❓

Image
I have a lot of thoughts and questions. As most of you know a man named Charlie Kirk was shot and killed while at a college. I had never heard of him until now. I went and looked him up and watched a few of his videos.  From what I can see, hear and tell he was very much a Christian and didn't harm anyone or cause problems. What it looks like was he wanted to do was hear people's views and then tell them what the Bible said about it or tell them about God and Jesus but what do I know...I mean really I'm a hot mess, lol. What I can say is everyone has there own beliefs and opinions but I don't think going around kill each other over them is going to help get people to see our ways. I've always heard love the person but hate the sin. I do try my very best to love everyone and to help people. Just ask those closest to me, they will tell you. It's so bad that I have almost lost my life over helping people. You would say then that's the wrong people to be helpin...

Today was a very hard day on us. We had to hold you and watch you die. I called every place I could think of and even drove to Benton to try and save you. Time and money were not on our side. The kid took it the hardest as she has only seen one time something die. This time was different as you slowly and painfully passed. Forgive me that I couldn't help you or get you the help you needed. I pray you know how much we loved you. You will be forever missed. I can only hope you are up there in the heavens with the others we have lost. Gone but never forgotten.  Penny: February 2016 - September 8th 2025
