Don't Mess With Mama Bear

I am fired up right now! How can anyone think that telling someone to kill themselves is funny? Joking or not this is something that will get me in hot water because my mouth will be going off before my brain has a chance to think about it! Please don't tell me it's just words, or kids being kids or what the hell ever because people are dying everyday because of someone's words! I do believe we as humans don't truly understand the power of our words. We can make or break someone. The Bible talks about it in Proverbs 18:21: it states "Death and Life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit". This means that words can be used to build others up or tear them down, bringing either life and healing or death and destruction. You should also look up what is says in Matthew 12:36-37. The we wonder why people are killing themselves. I know it's more then what is being said to them and a lot of other factors play into it but just imagine if you can some body who has never had a kind word spoken to them or someone who has mental health issues or deals with physical pain and the list goes on. You say that to them and they take it to heart. That could be there breaking point. Instead think of what would happen if you told them positive things and backed it up because I'm a firm believer actions speak louder than words. You could save them, show they are worth it and that somebody cares. Wouldn't you rather be a soul saver then a soul taker? Life has gotten so ugly and we as humans have become so selfish that we live in a I attitude and want self gratification now! It's so sad to see us going backwards then forwards. God help us all. So my question to you is what are you going to do? What are you going to be? A life giver or a life taker? Please before you all jump on me and tell me what about you, yes I can admit I'm not perfect and have said things I wish I hadn't but as I have gotten closer to my maker and older and wiser I do think (most of the time) about my words. I want to heal hearts not break them. I want to show those around me that God loves them and He created them for a purpose. We are all children of God so let's spread Love not hate.
