Confirmation, God Is So Good


I just don't feel myself. I have the mulligrubs and my anxiety has me overthinking. I started praying and asked God to give me peace and help with my feelings and He did. He give me confirmation 3 times!

I was folding clothes and came across the first shirt and was like ok God I hear you. Then a few minutes later came across the second one. I was speechless but grateful for the confirmation.

I have had this shirt for a few years and tonight is the first time I saw the writing in the right bottom hand of the sand under the chair. Wow! God really showed me that everything is gonna be alright 🙏

So I posted this to my FB the other day(1-19-26). I have been and was feeling down. I can't explain it, like a heavy blanket over me and I can't find or feel "Joy". I don't want to call it or claim it as depression but I can just feel and tell something is off. Almost to the point of fear. I don't like to feel this way, I have prayed and worked hard to get where I'm at. I don't want to go back into the bottom of that darkness again. I have been doing my Bible App, praying and going to church. It helps but when I was sitting there in my living room feeling like my world was ending and overthinking I called out to my Heavenly Father and was like I need you to give me a sign and boy did He ever. Sometimes we get so lost in our thoughts or busy that we can't see or hear Him. I love when God gives confirmation. Life is not easy and can be very overwhelming, oh how wonderful it is though when you walk with the Lord and you see Him fighting battles and working wonders for you in His name.

How appropriate my 48th post on my 48th birthday

So today is my 48th birthday and my one goal was to have 50 blogs written and posted. It looks like I didn't achieve that goal as this is my 48th blog. Goodbye September, Hello October

 How is it possible that today day is the last day of September? I will go to sleep and wake up to the first day of October. I can say I'm ready for the fall and colder months. Which is crazy to think 3 more of them and it's going to be a whole new year! Time needs to slow down or maybe it's me that needs to? I love this time of year as the evening's are cooler and I can sit out on the porch or lay in my hammock and enjoy the evening. The sounds of nature all around and seeing the beauty of God's creations. Plus it's Fall Festivals, Arts and Crafts shows, evening drives with the windows down, football on tv, I mean really there is lots to do in the fall. There is a few things I would like to do different or maybe have during this time of year but I have to have faith that God will eventually see to it. Hard Lesson Learned On Day 5 Of The New Year

 Oh what a day! Definitely had it's share of adventures and lessons learned the hard way.  I will give the short version of what went on today. Got up at 4:45 to get ready to pick my dad up at 5:30 to take him to Little Rock to UAMS to have some skin cancer on his head removed. We didn't know it at the time this was going to happen, we just thought we would see the Dr and he would tell us what was going on and what they would do to treat it. Then make an appointment to come back. First we look for the right place for 30 minutes, this place is huge! Then we go in and they tell us they are doing the procedure today. They cut/burn a hole in the back of my dad's head. We wait 30 minutes for them to test it and it comes back they got it all. Praise the Lord! Now here's where things get interesting, we head home, stop in Bryant to eat at waffle House. We then proceed to do some errands and I drop Dad off at around noonish.
